Boom, detox from the digital world by making something with your own hands. 25-year-old designer Kelly Angood was able to launch the product to the market after raising over £35,000 from just 881 backers on Kickstarter which was way over her £15,000 target. It’s made from recycled materials where possible and 100% made in England; the its are screen printed and die-cut individually by hand onto thick recycled card. More on the reverse.

The kit was devised, built and produced by Kelly herself with a few small businesses lending a helping hand with manufacture and distribution. She’s made around 800 kits and you can grab one here for £35. We’ve listed their launch event tomorrow night at Beach London in our weekly What’s On – if you have time, go down and check it out.
