For Throwback Thursday this week I’ve chosen a track by Jill Scott. From her debut album ‘Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1’; which is a work of art- a rich blend of spoken word, soul, R&B, Jazz… it’s all in there! The song I’ve chosen was never released, for me it’s one of the best from the album; it’s called ‘It’s Love’. With those soulful vocals, the jazzy beat, the songs arrangement; it’s raw. This song was created for live performances. Enjoy after the break.
