JUSTIN BIEBER

Right Here

Right Here‘ is a Hit-Boy produced and Drake penned track taken from Justin Bieber‘s new album Believe which is out today. The song showcases a more mature sound for the lil Canadian kid. Its clear that Drake was the one to write the song as the melody is very Drake esque, although Beiber doesn’t get lost in Drakes world. Sonically I feel that this is a perfect suit for Bieber, so therefore I recommend that he continues to head in this direction in future recordings.

Trouble

Tweet‘ is back! While we wait for the songstress to release a new album (its been a long time coming) she has decided to treat her fans to free new music. Tweet Tuesdays as Tuesday should now be called is much like the faded Timbaland Thursdays and sees Tweet release a new song to the world via her SoundCloud. Trouble is the second song in this series, a distinctive Tweet track! Vocals gliding over a smooth r&b beat is the signature style she has amassed and its nice to hear that she can still ride the beat as smooth as ever.

CHRIS BROWN X 2 CHAINZ X SNOOP DOGG

Oh Yeah

No but for real can Chris Brown stop putting new music out into the world now. All these songs that he keeps throwing out there with most of them NOT being on his upcoming album Fortune are starting to dilute anticipation for the new album. I’ve said this before I know but  clearly Brown didn’t take my advice. ‘Oh Yeah‘ is an ok track nothing spectacular but not dismal, I’m just over hearing tracks that won’t appear on the album this close to album release. This is something you should do while recording a new album just to keep your name buzzing not when you’re in promo mode for your new album. Things get confusing!

AZEALIA BANKS

Aquababe

What do you do when you have created a buzz, recently released a mixtape and are recording new material for your debut album? You release new music of course! Well in Azealia Banks’s world that is what you do. ‘Aquababe‘ is the latest track to hit the new from the female rapper although it doesn’t feature on her 1991 EP instead it will feature on the new mixtape she is preparing to release. Fantasea is the name  of the new mixtape and July 4th is the date so be ready for it!

SKRILLEX X KABA X WALE

‘Lets Get Down

I chose this song because this song sounds completely different to any of the previous Skrillex releases that I have heard. I love a versatile producer! We all know and love Skrillex for his use of synths and his glitchy style of dubstep/electro house beats but when he throws in a dose of Hip-Hop we get a whole new sound. A new sound that I like, g.
