Caribbean Cruising – Haiti & Jamaica | Royal Caribbean

It’s not often that you can claim to have woken up in a different country four days in a row but that’s exactly what happened when Adam and I took to the seas and embarked on our first full length cruise, courtesy of Royal Caribbean. A quick plane ride (please note the sarcasm as this plane […]

Loewe 2011 Spring/Summer Lookbook

posted by on 29/09/2010

Here we have male model Simon Nessman modelling Spanish luxury leather goods brand Loewe in these pictures taken from their 2011 Spring/Summer lookbook. The release of some of these items is expected at the beginning of next year. The garments in the photos are clean simple and made with great quality and have been purposely matched with complementing accessories to enhance the appearance of their leather goods. The white and grey bag that has been paired with the shorts and pink jumper is most definitely an eye catcher. Check it and the other accessories out for yourself after the cut.

Karma Is A Bitch

posted by on 29/09/2010

You may have noticed that I don’t write many personal posts, in fact this might be my first one, but I think I will make more of an effort to fill you guys in on the happenings in my life. First off let me start by reiterating the post’s title Karma Is A Bitch. Over the last couple of weeks I have had time off work due to “sickness” if I am honest I most definitely gone back to work after the first couple of days but my doctor signed me off for two weeks so I wasn’t about to pass up that opportunity. But now the time has come and my return to work is imminent (today @ 5 is my next shift) however I have come down with the flu and I seriously feel like shit (for real this time). What do I do? More after the cut.

Check This Out | Saab 9-5 Advert

posted by on 29/09/2010

Even though Yin, Yang and I all study the same course at Uni (Creative Advertising) I never actually pay great attention adverts as much as I should. If you noticed majority of the Adspiration posts are written by Yin but today I feel like changing it up. The Saab 9-5 advert caught my eye earlier today simply because it wasn’t boring. I think with car adverts it is quite easy to go down the boring route, explaining the technicalities of the vehicle but this ad is bright and fun. Also the editing is dope, very seamless and unforced. Check it out for yourself.

Yup. This is in London, Greenwich to be precise. Can you believe it? It looks more like a scene out of Smallville. You’d expect Clark Kent to blow the marsh away whilst flying out to Metropolis to save the day. Ya’ll know about my geekyness! speaking of Superman, some news of the next film came out today. Read here.

Introducing The Blackberry PlayBook

posted by on 28/09/2010

Not to be out done by Apple’s iPad RIM (Research In Motion) have announced the Blackberry PlayBook tablet. The iPad rival is set to be unleashed to the united states early 2011. It boast a lot of potential and could yet dent Apple’s complete dominance in the tech market at the moment however if I’m honest I highly doubt it will as the iPad 2 is due to be release in the near future. It could even see the light of day this side of Christmas. More Blackberry PlayBook details after the jump.

Kerala – Your Moment is Waiting

posted by on 28/09/2010

My motherland, Official tagline – God‘s own country (even though it’s a state). Kerala is without a doubt the most beautiful state in India and I’m not just saying that because I’m from there. However I don’t actually like going back with family as all we do is visit family. This dope video promoting tourism in Kerala is exceptionally well shot but I feel it doesn’t represent it truthfully. First of all the music, I’ve never heard ish like that when I’m there.

Nike – Boom Advertising Campaign

posted by on 28/09/2010

Nike always kill it with their ad campaigns, the execution is always of the highest class. This new campaign using the ‘boom’ catchphrase which is used at game-changing or defining moments with in a sports match. You’ll see some cameos from big names in the videos after the cut, including Tim Tebow, Ndamukong Suh and err the BAWSE! Rick Ross. I guess Nike is making use of the obese rapper’s current career fame in a sports commercial. It’s like using Gandhi in a commercial for McDonalds. Videos after the cut, enjoy.

106. Ravensbourne North Greenwich Campus | LDN.365

posted by on 28/09/2010

Ergh. So this is their new campus? It’s dope. It makes LCC look like a council flat. Seeing this building would only inspire my design work, the exterior panelling is phenomenal. Just imagine the lunch time possibilities on offer for the students thanks to the plethora of restaurants inside the O2 Arena. Actually I’m happy I don’t have that kind of choice, I’d be a fat muthaf**ker. Full-view recommended as always.
