Caribbean Cruising – Haiti & Jamaica | Royal Caribbean

It’s not often that you can claim to have woken up in a different country four days in a row but that’s exactly what happened when Adam and I took to the seas and embarked on our first full length cruise, courtesy of Royal Caribbean. A quick plane ride (please note the sarcasm as this plane […]

I took this photo last year after picking up a friend at Euston Station. It’s quite weird how I manage to accidently take photos of places with no people around, especially in a busy city like London. I swear I never shouted ‘bomb’ and made everyone run away, haha. London seems somewhat peaceful and quiet, it’s quite the opposite. Click for a better view as always.

Kanye BET Awards Performance

posted by on 28/06/2010

About two weeks ago I posted the announcement of Kanye West headlining the BET 2010 Awards and the sound of the news killed my ears. Being the huge Ye fan I am, it felt like Jesus had just opened music heaven. If it even there is a music heaven that is. West being the perfectionist and great performer he is you know he had to do a over the top performance. Kanye did his performance on a mountain with a snowy scenery which made me say ehh a bit. Continues after cut.

They Think It's All Over, It Is Now.

We’ve been knocked out again just like every other competitive tournament we have taken part in the last 40 or so years. Surprising? No. We all saw it coming from the disastrous group stages. It’s just not there, we don’t have the technical ability or team work to break down teams the way like Germany and co. More after the cut.

Maiden Noir: Return to Tanner Ridge

posted by on 27/06/2010

The weather has been really good these past weeks, dare I say it but could it be that it’s actually summer now!? Maiden Noir have brought us their latest collection ‘Return to Tanner Ridge’. I like this brand for how simple and sophisticated their collections are; this summer they’ve put together quite a stylish look that is perfect for these summer times! Check out more of their products over on their site.

Be Stupid. Push The Red Button.

posted by on 27/06/2010

One of my favourite advertising campaigns of the year, Diesel‘s Be Stupid. I spent 5 minutes staring at the poster above, it’s just funny and weird. Something I’d love to recreate at some point myself. One of my friends was actually featured on one of Diesel’s italian adverts; the ad itself is filmed on the London Underground. She looks HOT! advert after the cut.

Dr Martens Spring/Summer 2011

posted by on 27/06/2010

I may actually buy my first pair of Dr Martens after years of dissing the boots and the people who wear them. I love most of the pieces in next Spring’s collection; the 3989 Brogue, Saddle shoe, 1461 3-eye shoe, Windsor Lester and Perth Tassle Loafer. I don’t even know which is which, major fail but I’m loving the two-toned & desesrt boots. One thing I’m not too keen is the thickness of the soles. Check out more photos after the cut.

I don’t even remember what part of London this was in but I took it earlier today as we were driving past. I’m not standing in the middle of the road like a man man to capture this shot; I’m actually sat in the passenger seat of mein Vater’s car. London is beautiful with sunshine and a little bit of green. More tomorrow.

Chinese Gymnasts

posted by on 26/06/2010

Quick post, my uncle just showed me this clip on his iPad. It’s insane, I’m not 100% sure if its real but it’s definitely well done. I don’t get it, the jumps and transitions are so smooth. Not even one of the gymnasts put a foot wrong. They’re ancestors were ninjas but now they’ve conformed and taken up dancing. Video after the cut.
