Caribbean Cruising – Haiti & Jamaica | Royal Caribbean

It’s not often that you can claim to have woken up in a different country four days in a row but that’s exactly what happened when Adam and I took to the seas and embarked on our first full length cruise, courtesy of Royal Caribbean. A quick plane ride (please note the sarcasm as this plane […]

Louis Vuitton x Pele x Maradona x Zidane

posted by on 26/04/2010

You read that right, 3 footballing gods in one advert. I love me some Louis Vuitton and would definitely love a lot more of it if it was nice to my bank account. Louis Vuitton hired legendary photographer, Annie Leibovitz to shoot this new campaign that spotlights their monograms. Clever campaign timing as they’ve used 3 football deities; Diego Maradona, Zinédine Zidane and Pelé just in time for the World Cup kick off in June. Advert after the cut.

Curry & Rice

posted by on 26/04/2010

I know I always express my love for sushi and all types of oriental food but honestly nothing beats indian food, especially my grandma’s cooking. She makes the best chicken biriyani, period. In my 21 years I have never watched her create this masterpiece till yesterday, in fact I even decide to help out with my minimal kitchen ability (chopping & slicing!). However I spent most time in the kitchen taking photos of the production process. Mouth-watering indeed. More after the cut.

Twilight Eclipse – Final Trailer

posted by on 25/04/2010

I posted the teaser trailer the next  film in the Twilight series a few months ago and all of ya’ll who read that post  know that I admire the film for it’s cinematography, scenery and soundtracks not for it’s acting and storylines. I think this will be one of the better films out this year but I just hope the acting has improved. Notice how most of the vampires are white and the werewolves brown? hmm no comment! trailer after the cut.

A Stroll Up Primrose

posted by on 25/04/2010

The weather has been amazing this week, not an ounce of rain; now I would say that’s pretty impressive for Britain surely. What has mother nature got instore for us in winter, that must be the catch because you know she’s just thinking ”you let these people jam and relax in this heat, just wait until winter kmt” (mother nature is obviously from “the ends”). To enjoy this weather Gemma, Sergio and I decided to hit up Primrose Hill/Regents Park to chill and take some photos..

Trapstar Spring/Summer 2010 Collection

posted by on 24/04/2010

London-based streetwear brand Trapstar launched their SS10 range earlier today at Supra on Portabello Road. Unfortunately I had other plans so couldn’t make it down to the event but I do have for you a detailed look at their collection. This SS10 range consists of snapback caps, crewneck sweatshirts, tees, chinos and shirts. I haven’t received photos of the chinos just yet but will update once I do, the rest of the collection after the cut.

The World Through My Eyes

posted by on 24/04/2010

You may be thinking WTF? at the image above but that’s how I see the world. I’m short-sighted and have been since I was 11. No one else in my family is, just me, makes me wonder if it was caused by all the years of being a geek and hardcore gaming in front of the TV. Continues after the cut.

I know this post is a week late but I really got sidetracked, more after the cut.

Chivalrous Culture Footwear

posted by on 23/04/2010

Diggy Simmons is a genuine fresh kid; he already has a record deal at the tender age of 15, a clothing line in the works and a footwear line called ‘Chivalrous Culture‘. He’s been previewing the sneakers for a whole minute now on twitter and from what I have seen they look like a fusion of Nike’s Auto Flight Model x Supras, perhaps better than the too. The mixture of patent and leather is a good combination in my opinion. More information on the flipside.

Coke Quest – World Cup Advert

posted by on 23/04/2010

Amazing. Eduoard Salier does it again, his adverts always blow me away. This time he’s created a World Cup themed spot for Coca Cola. The 3D rendering is phenomenal, the story within the advert is just as beautiful. If you’re wondering what the song is, it’s by Somalian-born singer, K’naan and it’s called Wavin’ Flag featuring Akon & David Guetta.
