Caribbean Cruising – Haiti & Jamaica | Royal Caribbean

It’s not often that you can claim to have woken up in a different country four days in a row but that’s exactly what happened when Adam and I took to the seas and embarked on our first full length cruise, courtesy of Royal Caribbean. A quick plane ride (please note the sarcasm as this plane […]

Lupe Fiasco – I'm Beamin Official Music Video

posted by on 28/04/2010

Failure‘s my last name, Never‘s my first one.’ They finally dropped a video for Lupe Fiasco‘s ‘I’m Beamin‘ single of his upcoming album, Lasers. Honestly can’t wait his album to drop as I still rinse his last album, The Cool – seriously it was probably one of the best albums of the last decade. A real creative video from Wasalu here, especially like how the children are incorporated into it and the lighting effects which remind me of Dragonball Z. Video after the cut.

My Macbook Pro x Ghetto Snow White Decal

posted by on 28/04/2010

I think it was a few months ago when I was reading up on tech news on Gizmodo when I came across a post on this ill selection of decals for your Macbook/Macbook Pro. At that time it was only available on one site and it sold out straight away. Luckily a few months later they became available on Ebay. It took a whole damn month or so to arrive in the damn post though, worth the wait. My Macbook Pro is now guarded by a ghetto Snow White, she’s a bad bitch. More photos after the cut.

That time of the week again folks and this time I’m making sure I get this post out on time. One problem is that I don’t have as many tunes as last week but one thing I can guarantee that the selection I have are DOPE. My favourite song this week has to be N.E.R.D‘s buzz single with Nelly Furtado ‘Hot N’ Fun’. Alternate music at it’s finest and especially nice to see Neptunes produce a dope beat as most of their productions recently have majorly blowed. Songs from Eminem, B.O.B, Killa Cam and more after the cut.

posted by on 28/04/2010

Honestly don’t know much about this New York City based fashion label, DQM but one thing I know for sure this lookbook is dope. This is a beautiful shoot taken by reknown NYC street photographer Sue Kwon. I want her to shoot us when he NY and if not, her work is truly inspirational and I hope to do a similar street shoot one day. The shoot features the staff of DQM as they engage in everyday activities.

Flashback 09 – Coventry

posted by on 27/04/2010

Thought I’d throw up a few flashback photos from last year when I took a weekend out to travel up Coventry for my home girl Leona‘s birthday. As you can see my style has somewhat changed since then. I’m sat here wearing earthy toned clothes and DESERT BOOTS, last year you wouldn’t catch me in anything other than hi-tops. Photos after the cut.

JUUN.J x KIROIC 2010 Fall/Winter Collection

posted by on 27/04/2010

Quite some an odd yet impressive collection of kicks spawned from a collaboration of two brands that I fail at trying to pronounce correctly!  Junn.J (Korean Designer) and Kiroic (Chinese Footwear Label) drop their latest collection of a mixture of low, mid and what can only be described as ultra high-tops. I quite like/want them even the really hi-tops; as you’ve probably realized I like the craziest footwear, these top it though. I wish they came in different colourways, the brown might be original but its still really boring, I would have liked to see some colour too.. summer is approaching we need some bright colours!

T.I. – I'm Back Music Video

posted by on 27/04/2010

T.I./TIP/whatever you want to call Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr. is back with a bang. Fresh out of his prison stint T.I. drops his video for his comeback single ‘I’m Back’. I actually quite like the way this video is filmed thought the colour flickering does get annoying at times. The song is dope; typical T.I. flow and beat that just makes you want to crump. The self-proclaimed King is back, view video after the cut.

Aqua Couture

posted by on 27/04/2010

Last week my friend asked me to help her look for a birthday dress, we started off our epic journey on Carnaby Street where we came across this new boutique called Aqua. What caught my attention was there unique logo made from big bold shapes which continue on to their clothing designs which are very well structured. Unique shapes and silhouettes in many of their designs, my friend bought a bodycon dress from here and she looked HELLA fine for once in her life. More photos after the cut.

Trey Songz MTV Unplugged Performance

posted by on 26/04/2010

My favourite R&B artist for the past few years, Trey Songz hit up MTV Unplugged and performed a few of his songs live with a band. I’ve been a Trey fan since ’05 and it’s nice to see him blow up big all of a sudden but I’m quite annoyed that everyone knows about his songs now. He’s killing the game at the moment, I don’t think there is any other R&B crooner who works as hard as him. New album coming this September. Videos after the cut.

M.I.A – Born Free Official Video (EXPLICIT)

posted by on 26/04/2010

I posted M.I.A‘s new song a few days ago and now here’s the video. It’s definitely explicit, viewer discretion is advised. It’s an epic 9 minute long video, filled with  violent & brutal scenes and gingerism is highlighted. You’ll see what I mean when you click read more and watch the video below.
